HomeOnTrack is an evolving studio focused on original art, home inspiration and practical planning tools. These FAQs explain what you can buy now and how our current digital products work.
What can I buy now?
Right now, you can purchase digital renovation planners and coordinating sticker sets through the HomeOnTrackDesigns Etsy shop. We have not launched physical art or print collections yet.
What do I receive with my purchase?
Each Etsy listing clearly describes what is included. You only receive the digital files listed in that specific product description. Any rooms, furniture, lighting or accessories shown in preview images are for inspiration only and are not included with your purchase.
How do I download my files?
After Etsy confirms your payment, sign in to Etsy in a web browser and go to Your account > Purchases and reviews. Find your HomeOnTrackDesigns order and click “Download Files.” If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in the email Etsy sends to the address you used at checkout.
Are there any app or software requirements?
Requirements vary by product. Please check each Etsy listing for details on recommended or required apps (for example, note-taking or planning apps). Any third-party apps or services are separate from your purchase unless a listing explicitly states that access is included.
How will physical art shipping and returns work?
We are still developing our physical print collections. Before any physical artwork launches, each listing will include clear details about shipping, packaging, delivery timelines and return options so you can review them before you buy.
